What's the difference between Lite + TV and Ultimate?
Both include Paragon TV with 1 to 5 connections. Lite + TV adds Streaming Lite: the popular movies and series on Emby or Jellyfin, with offline downloads. Ultimate adds Streaming Premium (the full library with 4K HDR remux, on Emby or P Share), Paragon Books and Silo beta.
Do TV connections affect my movie and series screens?
No. TV connections are only for live channels. Movies and series have their own screens, separate from the TV connections you pick.
Why are there two logins?
TV apps and media apps work differently, so each gets its own username and password. You still pay one bill and have one renewal date. Both logins are on your service page.
Can I add TV connections later?
Yes. Upgrade from your account whenever you need more screens. Your TV login, media login and renewal date stay the same.
Is there a free trial for bundles?
Not for bundles themselves, but you can try Paragon TV, Streaming Lite and Premium Emby free for 24 hours each. Start a free trial.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel future renewals from your account. TV and streaming both keep working until the end of the term you paid for, then end together. Completed payments aren't refunded.
